Latest confirmed speakers: Traffic

Along with Mr Chris Koniditsiotis, Mr Sauro Pigini from Digitax has also been confirmed. In his presentation “From carbon taxi to carbon tax: neutralize emissions from the meter”, he will make the link between metrology and the worldwide concern about climate changes. Mr Bruno Ricciardi from Landis + Gyr will talk about "IEC standards in motion", focusing on the new IEC safety standard and the impact of it on existing IEC and EN documents for watt-hour meters. Smart metering, smart grids – these “hot” items will also be part of the energy programme. In addition to Mr Gianni Ceneri from Enel who will give a talk on the smart meter roll out, Mr Max Ambrosi from Pietro Fiorentini will give an overview of the European market for smart meters. In the oil & gas section, Mr Andre Onclin from Tokheim will give his view on the difficult Mix & Match issue. Mr Carlo Mangia from Adriatic LNG will give a presentation on the offshore LNG re-gasification terminal. Emerson, represented by Mr Aart Pruysen will give a talk titled “On-line alcohol concentration and alcohol quantity measurement by Coriolis meter under MID regulations”.
